The cosy and quiet apartment Sao Vicente II is located on the two floors of an complete restored house. The living space amounts 45 sqm. In the living- and sleeping room you will sleep in a double bed with an comfortable mattress (1.60 x 2.00 m),which in fact consists of two mattresses of 80cm with a mattress pad on the top. From the living room window you have an overwhelming view of the old town and the Tejo bay. The kitchen and the bathroom are tiled, whereas living- bedroom has fine polished wooden floors. The apartment has been completely restored in 2007.

When you leave the apartment you just enter into Lisbon’s unique architecture beauty with small alleys, old houses and traditional shops, restaurants and cafes. The famous Alfama quarter just starts in front of your door.

Upon arrival you receive the apartment key from our housekeeper Dona Adalia. She lives some steps up the street. Before your arrival she cleans the apartment and covers your beds with sheets.

Making a reservation

There are one of two ways.

1. Fast, smart self-booking
Go to the calendar of the flat you want and click on the days you want to rent it. Please note that you need to mark all the days in the calendar that you will be in the flat (including day of departure).
Fill in the form and click ‘send’. You will now be asked to make a payment equivalent to 15 Euros a day for the period you have reserved. Click ‘Pay now’ and follow instructions. You have now booked the flat and are ready to go!
You will receive a confirmation e-mail. The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival.

2. By e-mail
Write us by using the contact form on bottom of this page indicating which days you want the flat. After that you will receive an e-mail from us. The e-mail will contain a reply, a confirmation and an invitation to pay a deposit.
To pay the deposit, mark all the days in the calendar that you will be in the flat (including day of departure). Fill in the form and click ‘send’. You will now be asked to make a payment equivalent to 15 Euros a day for the period you have reserved. Click ‘Pay now’ and follow instructions. Payment is safe and you do not need to worry!
After your payment you will get a confirmation by e-mail. You are now ready to go!
The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival.

Price per night for 2 people

An additional adult, from 12 years and above, costs 15 Euros a night. Children under 12 years cost 10 Euros a night.
