Cozy apartment Mouraria II is located on the first floor of a Mouraria building dating back to the 1690’s! Mouraria II is a cosy and small apartment – right in the center of historical Lisbon and in the birthplace of Fado music – which offers you an unforgettable stay.

The flat has been completely renovated in 2010 as a livable modern flat with a noticeable historical touch. The flat is low-emission with a number of features to reduce energy consumption and heat loss.

The apartment consists of an open space with a comfortable bed with a memory foam mattress; fully equipped modern kitchen; small (which makes you fill close to each other) dining space for two persons; classical bathroom, nicely done up, and with a spacious shower.
The flat has windows on two sides – one provides a view of the neighborhoods of Mouraria and Graca, and one is facing a small local ‘square’.

Unique and mysterious Mouraria offers an excellent experience. Antiquated and trendy, lively and melancholic, with small cafes on every corner, traditional shops, tiny streets and alleys – all that is Mouraria.

Upon arrival you receive the apartment keys from our housekeeper Madalena at the apartment. She lives some steps up the street. Before your arrival she cleans the apartment and covers your beds with sheets.

Making a reservation

There are two ways to make a reservation.

1. Fast, smart self-booking
Go to the calendar of the flat you want and click on the days you want to rent it. Please note that you need to mark all the days in the calendar that you will be in the flat (including day of departure).
Fill in the form and click ‘send’. You will now be asked to make a payment equivalent to 15 Euros a day for the period you have reserved. Click ‘Pay now’ and follow instructions. You have now booked the flat and are ready to go!
You will receive a confirmation e-mail. The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival.

2. By e-mail
Write us by using the contact form below indicating which days you want the flat. After that you will receive an e-mail from us. The e-mail will contain a reply, a confirmation and an invitation to pay a deposit.
To pay the deposit, mark all the days in the calendar that you will be in the flat (including day of departure). Fill in the form and click ‘send’. You will now be asked to make a payment equivalent to 15 Euros a day for the period you have reserved. Click ‘Pay now’ and follow instructions. Payment is safe and you do not need to worry!
After your payment you will get a confirmation by e-mail. You are now ready to go!
The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival.

Price per night for 2 people

An additional adult, from 12 years and above, pays 15 Euros a night. Children under 12 years cost 10 Euros a night.
