This historical building is located in the parish known as São Vicente within the neighbourhood called Alfama. It is not known exactly when this exact building was built but a qualified guess is around 1850 – it was however completely refurbished in 2007.

The building contains two cosy and quiet flats ‘São Vicente I and II’ each in two floors and are located as follows:

  • São Vicente I at Rua de Oliveirinha 14
  • São Vicente II at Rua de Oliveirinha 12

The living space of each flats amounts to around 45 sqm.

Both flats consist of a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom on the ground and a living- and sleeping room on the 1st floor. The kitchen and the bathroom are tiled, whereas living- bedroom has fine polished wooden floors.

From the São Vicente flats you have a stunning view of the Alfama neighbourhood, the Tagus River and even until the ‘mountain’ range Serra da Arrabida, which are almost 40 kilometres away!
